Who We Serve
Tender Loving Care Foundation Transitional Home may assist:
Individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability
Individual adult women and men
Young adults transitioning into independent living
Individuals rebuilding after a personal or financial crisis
Individuals referred by community organizations, churches, schools, courts, or social-service agencies

5. Get Your Decision
Our team will notify you about your admission based on eligibility and available space.
6. Start Your Success Plan
Once accepted, you’ll work with our team to set goals and create a plan toward stable, independent living.
