Mental Wellness through Cognitive Creations
The *Mental Wellness through Cognitive Creations* program empowers youth who feel disconnected by offering creative outlets such as art, writing, and podcast. These activities are practical tools that can be used outside of therapy sessions to help youth process their emotions, build self-awareness, and reduce stress.
Our case managers collaborate closely with youth to develop their growth plans, connect them to vital resources, and ensure their foundational needs are met, enabling them to thrive.
We provide workforce services and mentorship programs that adopt a collaborative approach to support individuals aged 15 to 24 in gaining the skills they need to become valuable contributors to society.
