The Tender Loving Care Foundation has launched its “Empowering At-Risk Young Adults Through Security Training and Job Readiness” campaign in Houston, aiming to equip young adults with the skills and support needed for meaningful employment. Through the expansion of its Work 4 Success program, the initiative provides hands-on security training, job readiness workshops, and career placement opportunities. The campaign seeks community and corporate support to fund training, mentorship, and job placement efforts—helping reduce unemployment, strengthen communities, and create pathways to long-term success for Houston’s youth.
