Tender Loving Care Foundation Launches Campaign to Empower At-Risk Young Adults Through Security Training and Job Readiness
Houston, TX — March 19, 2026 — The Tender Loving Care Foundation today announced the launch of its new “Empowering At-Risk Young Adults Through Security Training and Job Readiness” campaign, an initiative designed to equip young adults in Houston with the skills, training, and support needed to secure meaningful employment and build sustainable futures.
This fundraising campaign will support the expansion of the Foundation’s Work 4 Success program, which provides hands-on security training, job readiness workshops, and career placement opportunities for at-risk youth and young adults. Through industry-aligned training and mentorship, participants gain valuable skills in areas such as workplace professionalism, conflict resolution, and safety awareness—preparing them for entry-level roles in the growing security sector and beyond.
